Challenges
Dr Boise started with setting up & managing different campaigns with multiple approaches. But the results are very poor. The average monthly spending is $1500 USD per month but the ads are generating 8-10 leads per month. The cost per leads went as high as $150 USD. He got frustrated and doubtful. After that, his marketing manager contacted us and we audited the campaigns & website. The site is absolutely fine but the following issues were found in the google ads ppc campaign –
- The campaigns were doing poor targeting regarding keywords, audience & bidding strategy.
- Call and form submission tracking is not working correctly.
- Lack of proper management of adcopies, negative keywords & match type.

After auditing existing campaigns, i list a set of recommendation and set goals which are as follows:

I started with the following actions to achieve the goals:
- I understand their unique value proposition like membership saving plans, insurance coverage, financing options, new patient offers & walk-in services to create unique ad content to increase potential customers’ attention.
- Apart from gaining general clients, the ads are focused on gaining teeth whitening & teeth extractions clients which makes most of the profits for them.
- A list of top keywords has been organized into ad groups which are designed to target highly relevant clients in the targeted location and also to maintain a reasonable CPC.
- Calls and forms submissions tracking has been corrected so it can track the number of leads which will help for proper monitoring & optimization.
- Regular optimization & adjustments has been done to increase the leads & avg CPC.
